- The 2nd April 2012 the municipality of Radovis and Markis signed an LOI for establishing in Radovish a TSC for environment, energy, fisheries, tourism, full scale demonstration projects.
- The 24th of April 2012 the municipality of Radovish and Markis signed an agreement for preliminary assessment and preparation of preliminary proposals for implementing following projects:

- The headquarters of the technology center (TSC) for eastern Macedonia (FYROM)
- The exploitation of the geothermal potential of the municipality and the region
- Special operation for job creation investment attraction operation
- A cost effective waste water treatment system. This specific project was replaced by the wish of the municipality and agreement of Markis by a new project, the plastic poles for wine plants production with the local industry, Interplast.
